Francesca is the Head of Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary of Donewell Insurance Company Limited. She has in the past nine years worked in litigation pertaining to commercial, land, family and finance before joining the Donewell Group. During the said period as a private legal practitioner, she sat on boards of various indigenous Ghanaian Companies and participated avidly in their corporate governance.

She is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Legon and studied Political Science and Law before attaining her Qualifying Certificate in Law at the Ghana School of Law in Accra. She has in the past worked for women groups and organizations dedicated in the cause for bettering the lives of women, both marginalized and those in search for social inclusion for the betterment of their community.
