Jennifer joined Donewell Insurance in 2012 as Head of Broker and Direct Workgroup and later as Head of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to that, she worked at CDH Insurance Company Limited, now NSIA Ghana.

She is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII-UK), a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG), and a qualified member of the Association of Business Executives (UK) with an Advanced Diploma in Administration (Marketing Option).

Jennifer holds an MBA in General Management and has attended various courses in Leadership Underwriting, Claims Handling, Risk Management, Reinsurance, Corporate Governance, Customer Relationship Management and has twenty (20) years working experience in the Insurance Industry.
