Cecilia is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK, and (CIIG) Ghana. She holds a Diploma in Marketing from the London Chamber Of Commerce And Industry (LCCI).

She also has an Advanced Applied Insurance Studies Diploma from the Malta International Training Centre (MITC) in collaboration with Ghana Insurance College (GIC). She also holds a Diploma In Insurance And Risk Management From West African Insurance Institute (WAII), The Gambia.

Cecilia has over nineteen years (19) of experience in Underwriting, Marketing, Agency Management, Broker Relations, and Branch Network Operations in the Insurance Industry. She has attended various courses and conferences in the Gambia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Kenya.
