Priscilla Agnes Menson is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners. She joined Donewell Insurance as Head of Human Resources and Administration in July 2018. 

She is an accomplished Chartered Human Resource professional with over 26 years of progressive experience spanning insurance, banking, administration, and organizational development. Her strategic leadership, exceptional work ethic, and ability to drive transformational change across complex, multi-functional environments make her unique.

Prior to joining Donewell Insurance Ltd, she held several pivotal roles at Sahel Sahara Bank (now OmniBSIC Bank), where she improved HR governance, strengthened disciplinary systems, enhanced staff data integrity, and supported the introduction of new banking software. Her earlier roles in HR, operations, and administration further solidified her expertise in policy development, recruitment, employee welfare, performance appraisal systems, and compliance.  She also worked with First Bank of Nigeria (Formerly International Commercial Bank). 

Priscilla is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree from Methodist University College Ghana.
