Since joining Donewell Insurance Limited in 2021 as the Head of the Broker Unit, Kweku has played a key role in expanding the broker portfolio and increasing sales revenue. In 2024, he was appointed as the Head of Channels, where he continues to lead innovative strategies to enhance distribution networks, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Kweku holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He also has a BSc in Economics, an Applied Insurance Studies (AIS) Diploma, and advanced certifications in insurance and marketing.
