Livingstone Sydney Ocloo started his Insurance Career as a client Liaison Officer with CDH Insurance Company in 2002. He moved to Quality Insurance Company in 2005 as an Insurance Officer In charge of Claims and rose through the ranks to become the Assistant Manager, Corporate Services Department, a position he held for two years after which he joined International Energy Insurance in 2010 as the Head of Claims.

He was employed as the Head of Claims and Recoveries at Donewell in January 2015 and promoted as the Head of Branch Operations in 2020. He is currently the Head of Risk and Actuarial with over 20 years of experience in the insurance Industry.

Mr Ocloo has a BA in Sociology and political science and an MBA as well as a graduate of the Ghana Insurance College. He is a chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
