Mr. Orfson-Offei is the Head of Branch Operations for Donewell Insurance Company. He joined the company in June 2016 as the Branch Manager for the Accra West Branch and served In that position for 6 years.

Prior to this, he worked with Quality Insurance Company for 8 years, where he acquired extensive experience in underwriting, claims, sales, and marketing.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and is a chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
